Fees

 

Free 15 min enquiry call - this is a free call to discuss your needs and to find out more about the service. Note that it is not a counselling session. 

 

60 min appointment - $95
 

90 min appointment - $120 (initial consultation)
                   

Payments must be paid in full 24 hrs prior to the session commencing. You will receive an invoice a few days before your appointment, the invoice will have a link which will take you to the payment options. Alternatively the invoice will also include bank details if you would prefer to do direct deposit. If you need to reschedule your appointment and have already paid, the payment will be put towards your next session or fully refunded as long as it is within the timeframe.

 

Cancellations must be made 48hrs in advance, failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in 50% of the fee being non-refundable. No shows will incur 100% of the fee and will need to be paid before  another booking can be made. 

 

NOTE: Although sometimes unforeseen events happen, not showing up to an appointment takes away a counselling session someone else could benefit from. If the client wishes to discuss the circumstances around not being able to cancel the appointment within the timeframe I am happy to discuss. The fee may be waived or reduced at the counsellor's discretion.
